I fixed an issue where having the scale and layout settings in windows would cause the game window to not fit the screen. The latest version will likely fix this automatically, but if you still want to alter the window size you can now do so with the + and - keys. A word of warning, though - if you have the screen mode set to 1 you will get weird graphical artefacts if you set the game window to the smallest size.
